Chile

A strip of land barely 150 miles at its widest point, Chile not only has outstandingly beautiful scenery but stands alongside its neighbour Argentina as being one of the world’s most famous trout nations.

Browns and rainbows inhabit Chile’s rivers and lakes and although not always as large as their cousins in New Zealand, they are plentiful in number. The summer months of January to March are the best time to visit.
